CellThrive is operated by Framework Wellness LLC ("CellThrive," "we," "us," or "our"). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our terms for purchases made through cellthrive.health. Because we provide personalized health services and related products, most purchases are non-refundable once delivered, as described below. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Assessments, discovery or readiness call bookings, and any digital guides or materials are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
Lab fees are non-refundable once your lab order has been placed with the laboratory, because the order cannot be reversed. If your order has not yet been placed, contact us and we will review your options.
Program and coaching fees are non-refundable once services have begun, except as set out in your specific enrollment or program agreement, which controls where it differs from this policy.
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time, and cancellation stops all future charges. Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable and are not pro-rated. To cancel, contact us before your next billing date.
Certain products purchased through CellThrive are fulfilled by third-party providers and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once fulfilled, for safety and regulatory reasons. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, or you believe there has been an error, contact us promptly and we will help resolve it.
Products are shipped directly by our fulfillment partners. Shipping timelines and any shipping-related issues are handled together with the provider; contact us promptly if a shipment is delayed, damaged, or incorrect.
Email support@cellthrive.health with your name and order details. Please contact us before initiating a card dispute or chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
