These Terms apply when you create a CellThrive account or start a membership, which you agree to by checking the box at checkout. If you only browse cellthrive.health, these Terms govern that browsing. CellThrive is operated by Framework Wellness LLC.
You must be 18 or older to become a member.
CellThrive is an online membership platform that provides health assessment tools, personalized educational health insights, and member pricing on genetic testing and supplements. Any lab testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories. Our services are educational and informational in nature and are designed to complement — not replace — the care provided by your primary physician.
The information provided through CellThrive is for educational purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. CellThrive does not provide medical care, and using CellThrive does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult with your physician before making changes to your health regimen.
Membership is billed monthly in advance, in U.S. dollars (USD). The current price is shown before you enroll and directly above the payment button at checkout. The $47 monthly membership is the only recurring charge. Lab panels and genetic test kits are optional one-time purchases, priced and paid separately when you order them. Lab panel and genetic testing fees are quoted before an order is placed and are due when you order. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor on a secure, encrypted payment page. Membership fees are not medical expenses. You may be able to submit receipts for lab panels to your HSA or FSA for reimbursement; check with your plan.
Your membership renews automatically each month, and the card on file is charged the monthly fee on the same date each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term. Cancel anytime in your account (Account → Cancel membership) or with the cancel link in any membership email — no call or conversation needed. You do not need to give a reason or accept another offer to cancel. We will email you a confirmation of your cancellation and the date it takes effect. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your next billing date. After you enroll, we email you a receipt and a copy of these membership terms, including how to cancel. Charges appear on your card statement as CELLTHRIVE.
Fees already billed are not refunded or pro-rated, except after a price increase: if you cancel within 14 days after your first charge at the new price, we refund the unused part of that month. Lab fees are non-refundable once your order has been placed with the laboratory, because the order cannot be reversed; if your order has not been placed yet, contact us and we will review your options. Genetic test kits and other products fulfilled by third-party providers cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once fulfilled. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, or you believe you were charged in error, email support@cellthrive.health and we will help resolve it. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms, and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share consumer health data. You may give us health information, including assessment answers, lab and biomarker results, wearable data, and genetic data. We collect and use it only with your consent and only to provide the services you request. We ask for consent to collect and use your health information when you enroll, and for separate, specific consent before ordering any genetic test or processing any DNA file. We do not sell your health information. We never share health information with advertising or analytics networks. We never disclose genetic data to insurers or employers. You can withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your health and genetic data at any time in your account or at cellthrive.health/privacy-request.
CellThrive (Framework Wellness LLC) sends account and service text messages to members who opt in and, only if you separately opt in, marketing text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email support@cellthrive.health. Replying STOP to a marketing text stops all marketing texts. Consent to text messages is never a condition of purchase.
Your CellThrive report, health map, explanations and plan, and the CellThrive portal itself, belong to Framework Wellness LLC. You may use them for your own health and share them with your own doctors and care team. You may not copy, resell, republish or redistribute them; scrape, crawl or bulk-download the portal; use them to train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system (asking an AI assistant questions about your own results for your own use is fine); or use them to build or improve a competing product or service.
CellThrive and Framework Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a change that materially affects your rights or obligations — including any change to the membership price, billing frequency, or cancellation or refund terms — we will email you at the address on your account no fewer than 7 and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect, with instructions for cancelling. A price change applies only to billing periods that begin after that notice. You can cancel before a change takes effect and you will not be charged under the new terms. Fees already billed are not refunded or pro-rated, except after a price increase: if you cancel within 14 days after your first charge at the new price, we refund the unused part of that month. Changes that do not reduce your rights (for example, clarifications or updated contact details) take effect when posted here with an updated date. We never treat continued use as agreement to a change that reduces your rights. Changes are never applied retroactively.
