By accessing or using CellThrive (cellthrive.health), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. CellThrive is operated by Framework Wellness LLC.
CellThrive provides health assessment tools, lab test coordination, and practitioner-guided wellness protocols. Our services are educational and informational in nature and are designed to complement — not replace — the care provided by your primary physician. All protocols are overseen by licensed medical professionals.
The information provided through CellThrive is for educational purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your physician before making changes to your health regimen. Lab interpretation and protocol recommendations are provided by licensed practitioners but do not constitute a doctor-patient relationship unless explicitly established.
The $37 discovery call booking fee is non-refundable and includes your Lab Readiness Kit and a $50 credit toward lab services. Lab panel fees are due at the time of order. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. HSA and FSA payments are accepted for eligible services.
CellThrive and Framework Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
